Drinks Reception

The social programme will include a welcome reception at the Winter Gardens on Wednesday 14th June 2023. The gardens, home to 2500 plants and a stunning and unique green world in the centre of the city. In the largest urban glass house in Europe, we will serve drinks and light refreshments, before a formal welcome to Sheffield is made by the Lord Mayor.

Drinks Reception is free to all Delegates.

Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner will be held on Thursday 15th June in Sheffield Cathedral, in the heart of the city. It is the oldest building in Sheffield, parts dating from the 13th century, and will create an unparalleled experience that attendees will remember for years to come. Within the Cathedral there is space for a drinks reception, dinner and entertainment.

Visits to the Bell Tower to ring the bells can also be organised, prior to the dinner.
