Travel Grants

Applications Process

Thanks to generous contributions from the European Hair Research Society, Alopecia UK and Eli Lilly, we are offering several travel grants to attend the EHRS 2023. Travel grants are awarded to encourage attendance by investigators and should cover the applicants’ travel, hotel and/or other expenses.

You are eligible to apply for a travel grant if you have submitted an abstract for oral or poster presentation at the meeting.

Preference will go to those in scientific and clinical positions with a valid reason to apply who demonstrate financial need.

Each grant will be £500 cash and cover registration fees to the meeting.

Please submit the following documents compiled into A SINGLE PDF to secretary@ehrs.org with the subject line 'EHRS2023 Travel Grant'. by 31st March 2023.

*A 300 word letter telling the panel about yourself, your position etc, and explaining your rationale for applying for a travel grant.
*A copy of the submitted abstract indicating if it is submitted for an oral/poster or poster only.
*If early career investigators are applying they also need a supporting letter from a supervisor or head of department.
